This is a project that I originally had started making for Blenderguru's Sci-Fi competition, but I didn't read the rules close enough so it's an automatic DQ for going over the maximum runtime

The project was put together in just about a week and a half, and I encountered more than my fair share of memory leaks, freezing and other such errors and crashes that almost made me miss the deadline, which now doesn't matter anyways. Nonetheless, it was a great experience to try out something new.

Made in blender, rendered in the internal renderer (Freestyle was in the original design, but was scrapped due to issues mentioned above), the displacement effect was done in After Effects, final sequencing in Premiere, sound editing in Garageband, and finally Illustrator for pretty much all textures and graphics.
